Registration Policy: Once your registration is processed a confirmation e-mail will be sent; if you have not received confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us to confirm your registration. Your confirmation is your receipt. If you need additional documentation, please call NBA. If you are paying by check, a credit card is needed to secure your registration; NBA will contact you to obtain credit card information. If payment has not been received 7 days before the event, your credit card will be charged.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing. Email is acceptable. A full refund will be granted up to 30 days prior to the start of a program. Cancellations made 15-29 days prior to the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 15 days before the event. If you cannot attend, you may designate a substitute in writing; substitutes will be responsible for any difference in fee.
Disclaimer: Confirmed seating and handout materials are guaranteed for pre-paid registrants only; NBA will not be held liable for any costs incurred by a person who is turned away while trying to register on site. In the event that a meeting is postponed or cancelled, NBA will not be held liable for any expenses including loss of time, airfare, hotel or other incurred costs associated with the meeting. Force Majeure- It’s agreed that in the event of fire, act of God or natural disaster, military activity, terrorist attack, major airline strike or any other circumstance that makes it impossible or inadvisable for National Brownfield Association (NBA) to hold the conference at the time and place designated, NBA reserves the right to postpone the conference and reschedule it at a time that is deemed possible. Photos/Video/Audio Recordings- By registering you agree that NBA maintains the ownership rights to all photos, video and audio material obtained throughout the conference and holds the right to use such materials for any reasonable purpose.
